Zojuist de film Amadeus gezien... Heb hem al vaker gezien maar de laatste keer is alweer jaren geleden.

Fiep Westendorp overleden
In 1995 stierf Annie M.G.Schmidt. Eergister overleed Fiep Westendorp. Het Gouden Kinderboekenduo is na 9 jaar weer samen.

Dat riep mijn moeder altijd als de hond weer wat gejat had, dat in een onbewaakt ogenblik op tafel of op het aanrecht was blijven liggen...
Inmiddels heb ik al 20 jaar katten en ik weet beter... Maar dat er katten zijn die, terwijl je de ingrediënten van het avondeten bijeen sprokkelt, je tomaten aanvallen, is nieuw voor me...

En dan bedoel ik het kwartiertje Wim-Lex, Maxima en Amalia op de TV.
Tenenkrommend, belachelijk, nep, lachwekkend etc zijn vele kreten die ik heb gehoord en gelezen.

Mijn in november gepote irisbollen doen het prima! De gele mini-irisjes staan op punt van bloeien! Helaas zal het in het weekend gevoelig kouder worden (nee, er komt geen winter), dus ik vrees dat ze nog even in de knop zullen blijven...

South -- O creatures of Fire, you who bring the love letters, promises of organ enlargement, and flames of the e-list to my inbox, be with me this night as I honor the Divine Couple Spammenot & Delete.
West -- O creatures of Water, you who bring guilt-trips, chain letters, and outpourings of joy to my inbox, be with me this night as I honor the Divine Couple Spammenot & Delete.
North -- O creatures of Earth, you who bring technical support posts, product updates, and the minions of spam to my inbox, be with me tonight as I honor the Divine Couple Spammenot & Delete.

Zacht!
Een kijkje op de buitenthermometer leert me, dat het dik 11 graden is... OK, het regent er wel bij, maar toch... Er zijn zomernachten die koeler zijn!
Maar we hebben dan ook wel een zeer warm begin-februari-dagje achter de rug, zelfs de trouwdag van Wim-Lex en Max (2 jaar geleden), die al temperatuurrecords brak, was een fractie minder warm!
