Het is een populaire Christmas-carol: The 12 Days of Christmas ("On the 1st Day of Christmas, my true love gave to me..." á la "Ik ben met Catootje naar de botermarkt geweest").

Er zijn geweldige variaties op, zoals de versie van Frank en Nancy Sinatra ("And a Japanese transistorradio").

Deze zag ik vanmorgen. Vanwege de lengte kort ik hem iets in, wie het liedje kent, weet hoe het werkt ;)

The Twelve Cats of Christmas 

On the first day of Christmas when I brought home my tree My 12 cats were laughing at me.
